Jessica Sarrazin – Living Well with Fibromyalgia – Feb 03, 2016

Over the past 23 years that Jessica Sarrazin has been living with fibromyalgia, she has developed some tips and tricks that she thinks might be helpful for people who are just starting their own journey with the condition. Sarrazin told Review journalist Theresa Ketterling in a radio interview on VankleekFM last week that fibromyalgia leaves many people achy, depressed and worried about whether a living a “normal” life will ever be possible for them. She says the good news is that yes – there are effective ways to cope with the symptoms of the condition. Sarrazin will be talking about these and other discoveries she has made about the condition at the Arbor Gallery Speaker Series this coming Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m.. Listen to the entire conversation between Jessica and Theresa. (Photo Louise Sproule)
