Episode 2 – Chef Bruce 04-05-2016

Spring is here and Chef Bruce gives us a heads up on what we can expect in the coming weeks: asparagus, fiddle-heads, morels and lots of tips on how to prepare them – Jean announces that he’s organizing a workshop to build a wood-fired bread/pizza oven in the region this summer…. and we’re still looking for a good name for our new show…. got any ideas…?
